About The Position

As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Reservationist Agent to join the Food and Beverage Team at this beautiful property! This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining. Responsibilities

Professionally handle all inbound and outbound reservation calls, inquiries for large parties and private dining requests.
Monitor and respond promptly to reservation emails and online inquiries.
Accurately input, modify, and manage bookings in OpenTable.
Ensure proper documentation of special requests, VIP notes, allergies, celebrations, and guest preferences.
Proactively manage waitlists and cancellation lists to maximize occupancy.
Confirm reservations as needed to reduce no-shows.
Capture and securely process credit card guarantees and deposits when required.
Assist in pre-shift communication regarding reservation notes and service flow.
Coordinate closely with Restaurant Managers and Hosts to align on cover counts and turn times
