Responsibilities

  • Supervises daily Food and Beverage (F&B) shift operations and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Manages day-to-day operations verifying quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains the operating budget and ensures legal obligations are followed.
  • Assists in ordering F&B supplies and cleaning supplies.
  • Supports and supervises an effective monthly self-inspection program.
  • Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs.
  • Encourages mutual trust and cooperation among team members.
  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize and organize work.
  • Monitors and maintains employee productivity levels.
  • Communicates areas needing attention to staff and follows up for understanding.
  • Coordinates cleaning programs in all F&B areas and identifies trends for improvements.
  • Creates a motivating and empowering environment for team members.
