About The Position

As the Director of Dining Services, you will oversee the day-to-day foodservice operations while also driving data-informed decision-making. This dual focus ensures excellence in dining experiences, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. You will manage a team of employees, maintain strong client relationships, ensure profitability, and foster talent development - while leveraging data to optimize performance and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

3-5 years of foodservice management experience (required)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven financial and business acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality (preferred)
Prior dining services experience (preferred)
Experience with data analysis, visualization tools, and statistical modeling (preferred)

Responsibilities

Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account
Build and maintain excellent client relationships
Collaborate with the Chef and management team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for students
Implement innovative culinary programs in partnership with company marketing and culinary teams
Serve as a liaison between the company, client, and community
Data Collection: Gather raw data from internal databases and external systems to support decision-making
Data Cleaning and Transformation: Organize and clean raw data, correcting errors and preparing reliable formats for analysis
Data Analysis and Modeling: Apply statistical techniques to uncover trends, make predictions, and answer operational questions
Data Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings clearly to stakeholders
Communicating Insights: Translate analytical results into business context, providing actionable recommendations to improve dining services
