Belfair POA is seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of our Food and Beverage spaces, including the Clubhouse and Bistro. This role reports directly to the Clubhouse Manager and plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and memorable experiences for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is hospitality-minded, highly organized, and leads by example. This position requires hands-on involvement during lunch and dinner services, strong administrative and operational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with the entire Food and Beverage team to maintain high standards.
