About The Position

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager at Round One Entertainment, Inc. is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience while maximizing sales and revenue. This role involves managing staff, finances, and inventory, as well as maintaining high standards of service and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in entertainment, retail, or hospitality.
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food and beverage management for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food.
• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity.
• Monitor department budgets and payroll records, reviewing financial transactions.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and service.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol serving regulations and health and safety standards.
• Provide superior customer service by being visible and accessible to customers.
• Conduct and monitor department inventory, submitting reports weekly and monthly.
• Train, coach, and issue disciplinary actions for department staff.
• Hold weekly staff meetings to discuss operations and customer service issues.
