The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the Food & Beverage outlets of the resort including the management of the daily operations, staffing, inventory controls, compliance, guest services, finances and employee relations. This role will ensure compliance: Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, Loss Prevention, Resort Operating Procedures, Guest Service Department Operating Procedures, and Standard operating Procedures. The Food and Beverage Manager will confirm that all food handling processes are followed at all times along with kitchen safety standards as well as perform daily inspections of product and service. This role will monitor cashier banks and ensure proper cash handling practices are followed and oversee the proper entering and coding of all invoices and inventory information when food items are received. Of course, we are taking care of our guest and owners while performing this job as well.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and coach.
  • First Aid Certification, Alcohol Awareness Card, Food Server Health Card (Varies by location)
  • Cash handling experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of related work experience.
  • 3+ years supervisory experience
