The iconic Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza Hotel is seeking a dynamic and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to help lead our front-of-house food and beverage operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is passionate about building strong teams and delivering unforgettable service. You will play a key role in supporting restaurant outlets while helping shape the guest experience, developing team members, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Daily Restaurant & Outlet Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper equipment function
  • Collaborate with Sales, Catering, Banquets, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services
  • Support operational efficiency and service excellence across departments
  • Drive Operational Excellence and Financial Performance
  • Monitor guest feedback and operational performance metrics
  • Help achieve revenue goals while managing labor and expenses
  • Maintain proper inventory controls and equipment care
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and guest satisfaction
  • Build, Lead, and Inspire a High-Performing Team
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and engagement
  • Recognize performance and address employee concerns professionally
