The team at the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join their team. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resorts offers direct access to the beach and the nine-mile Miami Beachwalk. This individual is responsible for assisting in the daily management of activities and services of all hotel food and beverage operations (restaurants, banquets, lounges, pool and beach bars, coffee shops, etc.). This person will report to the Director of F&B and help manage a team size of around 10-15 people. The ideal candidate has a strong food and beverage background and at least 1-2 years of supervisory/lead experience. Seeking someone who is hands-on and team-oriented. Prior hotel background with pool and beach service is preferred.
