About The Position

Noelle serves as a gathering place for some of the city's most interesting voices and makers as it continues to contribute to the spirit that makes it so unique. The Food and Beverage Manager will partner closely with leadership in the oversight of all outlets related to planning and service, meeting/banquet/event functions, operational oversight and presentation.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Food + Beverage Manager required
  • Guest-first mentality and personality; professional, personable and courteous
  • Excellent eye for detail and organization
  • Prior team leadership highly preferred
  • Able to oversee and maintain multiple budgets
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement and update accordingly
  • Required to use Outlook Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  • Required to stand; walk; bend; kneel
  • Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Adhere to Makeready & property policies and procedures as define

Responsibilities

  • Keep a keen eye on the success and presentation of all outlets
  • Adhere to standards and expectations related to how all F+B experiences will be run and maintained; ensure that leaders are fully understanding of all expectations and responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and uphold all expectations for service standards that are to be followed by all team members
  • Demonstrate and uphold company time and attendance policies
  • Demonstrate and uphold all appearance standards; encourage all team members to adhere to set standards
  • As needed, hire, train, and manage team members and department leaders
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication through regular meetings
  • Dutifully assist with budgeting, cost and inventory monitoring, sales and payroll
  • Develop strategies to improve profits and explore new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Banquet teams to thoroughly understand upcoming needs and commitments
  • Understand and stay current with trends in the F+B industry
  • Ongoing oversight of all experiences to ensure safety, inventory and compliance
  • Follow and promote all health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with the property leadership teams
  • Adhere to Makeready's Guiding Principles
  • Additional duties and assignments as assigned
