About The Position

The Commissary Food & Beverage Manager at Stinker Stores is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food service and beverage operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines while providing an exceptional customer experience. The manager will work closely with the Store Manager to train team members and maintain a safe and sanitary food service environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of retail, food & beverage, or convenience store experience.
• ServeSafe/SURE Food Manager certification required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist in the response to customer complaints or inquiries.
• Produce and deliver food to other store locations.
• Solicit customer feedback and create plans to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure the execution of all food service programs including proper ordering and production planning.
• Meet and exceed food service and beverage performance goals according to corporate objectives.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of products and supplies.
• Analyze food service results and prepare action plans for profitability.
• Advise on food service marketing programs and initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management of food service associates.
• Conduct hands-on training to ensure associate proficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and operational policies.
