About The Position

The Food and Beverage Manager at a prestigious, historic Country Club is responsible for overseeing the food and beverage service operations, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and managing a team of service staff. This role involves administrative support, inventory management, and coordination with other departments to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • 6 years of experience in inventory control.
  • 5 years of culinary experience.
  • 11+ years of restaurant management experience.
  • 3 years of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

  • Experience in upscale fast-paced restaurant settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Food & Beverage Service Staff during a la carte shifts.
  • Provide administrative support for the Food & Beverage Service department.
  • Coordinate activities with the Accounting and Culinary Services departments.
  • Assist staff members with uniforms, timecards, and training.
  • Ensure exceptional member experiences during dining services.
