About The Position

The Food and Beverage Manager at Rock Creek Resort is responsible for overseeing all aspects of front of house service for the restaurant(s). This includes preparing weekly schedules, managing menus, inventory, and ordering in collaboration with the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef. The role also involves conducting hiring, training, and performance reviews for front of house staff, as well as promoting staff cross-training and developing marketing strategies to attract new customers. The manager will ensure proper service etiquette is upheld and will work to maintain the restaurant's reputation for excellence, particularly in wine service.
