The Food & Beverage Manager plays a key role in leading service excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding luxury service standards, regulatory compliance, and brand expectations. This role will be responsible for overseeing all Banquet and Event operations to ensure flawless execution, exceptional guest service, and efficient use of resources. This role leads the banquet team, coordinates with multiple departments, and serves as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure all events meet company standards and client expectations.
