Our Food and Beverage Lead will ensure our guests receive exceptional dining experiences. This position will assist the F&B Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The Lead person will assist in managing staff, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Work shifts when needed as a server or a cook. Additionally, the role requires implementing health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for both guests and employees. Ultimately, the Food and Beverage Lead will contribute to our guests' overall satisfaction, enhancing their stay and encouraging repeat visits.
