About The Position

The Food and Beverage Intern will support the food and beverage team in daily operations at Legends & ASM Global, which is committed to redefining excellence in sports, entertainment, and live events. The intern will learn and follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standard of food quality and safety, assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests in dining areas and concession stands, and help with menu planning, inventory management, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field
• Strong passion for food and beverage service with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
