About The Position

The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking for a Part-Time Coordinator t to join their food and beverage team! Located within walking distance to Disney Springs, this hotel has over 1,000 rooms, 92,000 square feet of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, lobby bar, pool restaurant, pool bar, grab and go marketplace, and in-room dining. The ideal candidate should have administrative assistant experience in hotel or property operations, has full-availability, and has experience working in Canva and food and beverage.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Perform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictation
Answer telephones
Expedite correspondence
Make travel arrangements
Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed
