Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting.
Versatile Role: Waiting, taking orders, setting and bussing tables, serving, and ensuring a pleasant dining room appearance.
Kitchen Collaboration: Assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.
Detailed Excellence: Complete all shift duties, including stocking, POS entries, and dining room arrangement.
Menu Mastery: Know every menu item and special to confidently answer diners’ questions.
Careful Documentation: Record mealtime transactions according to Civitas policies & procedures.
Community Engagement: Interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs.
Safety First: Ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
