About The Position
The position involves preparing and serving food items, busing tables, cleaning tables, and washing dirty utensils and pans. The employee is responsible for keeping the work area clean and orderly, performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and restocking supplies. Additionally, the employee assists kitchen and bar staff with retrieving supplies from walk-in coolers and freezers and tapping kegs. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
