Job Title: Food and Beverage Associate Pay: $16.00 an hour Show Dates: April 8th, 2026 - May 9th, 2026 Wednesday through Sunday - mandatory to work these days. 7:30am - 3:30 PM or 1pm - 9:30pm (Shifts may vary) Primary responsibility Serves customers and manages cash registers; Prepares and serves food & beverages to customers, as required; Services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely; Ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly; Facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties; Keeps the working environment clean and sweep after the show begins; Performs other duties as required after each selling period; Will help with setup of concession; The ideal candidate will Possess the ability to learn ticketing software and retain a high level of complex information; Be comfortable working in a loud environment; Be calm, motivated, polite and courteous; Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos); Be physically able to stand up for long hours and travel up-and down stairs frequently; Understand customer service and hospitality; Work well with others; Pay attention to the details; Working fast and efficiently under pressure; Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings); Know when to get the help of a supervisor; Availability for the whole city duration; Speak English Mandatory – other languages are an asset;
Requirements
- Must have a clear background check.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of customer service.
- Must have a great attitude and personally as you will be interacting with guest/costumers.
- Must be able to communicate English.
- Concession Stand Worker: 2 years (Required)
- Ability to Commute: Grand Prairie, TX (Required)
