About The Position

Our company is now hiring experienced Food and Beverage Associate to work for Cirque du Soleil in Oaks, PA. Cirque du Soleil is a major Quebec-based organization providing high-quality artistic entertainment.
Pay: $17.00 an hour
Event Dates:
May 7th, 2026 - June 7th, 2026
Shifts will be within the following times and may vary:
11-hour shifts may be required
Wednesday – Friday : 5.30pm - 10pm
Saturday – 1.30pm-10pm
Sunday – 11am-8pm

Requirements

• Must have a clear background check.
• Must have at least 2-3 years of customer service.
• Must have a great attitude and personally as you will be interacting with guest/costumers.
• Must be able to communicate English.
• Concession Stand Worker: 2 years (Required)
• Reliable Transportation to/from: 100 Station Avenue, Oaks, PA 19456

• Possess the ability to learn ticketing software and retain a high level of complex information
• Be comfortable working in a loud environment
• Be calm, motivated, polite and courteous
• Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)
• Be physically able to stand up for long hours and travel up-and down stairs frequently
• Understand customer service and hospitality
• Work well with others
• Pay attention to the details
• Working fast and efficiently under pressure
• Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)
• Know when to get the help of a supervisor
• Availability for the whole city duration

Responsibilities

• Serves customers and manages cash registers
• Prepares and serves food & beverages to customers, as required
• Services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely
• Ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly
• Facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties
• Keeps the working environment clean and sweep after the show begins
• Performs other duties as required after each selling period
• Will help with setup of concession
