About The Position

Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a Food and Beverage and Recreation Supervisor to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team and supervise the daily operations for Recreation, Beech and Harvest Bistro, occasionally! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, 231,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, with 3 ballrooms, 34 meeting rooms, 2 dedicated boardrooms, and unique outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience, as a F&B Supervisor in a hotel/resort setting for at least 1 year, has a strong customer service background with excellent multitasking skill and has a great personality. Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a who is ready to assist our guests and Team Members with anything that may arise. In this role, you will need to be able to handle long periods of time standing and walking and being outdoors. The approx. number of Team members under supervision per shift is about 25 Team Members. Shift Pattern: Full availability with schedules, weekends and holidays as needed, with shifts starting as early as 7AM and ending as late as 11PM. Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour. What will I be doing? As a Restaurant and Recreation Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
