Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to build rapport and overcome objections to increase sales
  • Utilize CRM to manage and update the pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads
  • Respond to all sales leads generated in our system in a timely manner
  • Schedule and conduct appointments, negotiating solutions beneficial to all parties
  • Learn quickly about the real estate industry and its specific systems and technologies
  • Maintain up-to-date local knowledge to answer client inquiries and sustain our current marketplace position
  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required
  • Carry out other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Use your strong phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude towards learning and helping the team maintain and grow our marketplace position.
