This role ensures effective operation including safety, make-ready, quality, production, training, and basic maintenance. Utilizes all Quad procedures, and maintains required paperwork relating to bindery operations. Communicates professionally with all internal and external customers. This position directly helps Quad drive profitability by reducing the cost of errors through consistent work quality and improved efficiencies. Bindery operator is night shift 12-hours (7pm-7am). Starting salary is $21.55 but willing to go higher based off experience and knowledge of our equipment.
