About The Position

As a Folding / Bindery Operator 2, you will: Interprets written instructions to operate Stahl folding machine; loading paper; and making ready the machine while following all safety and quality control standards. Completes make ready’s and sets up folding machine for each run Maintains a neat and organized work environment Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand written instructions, read a ruler, and perform basic math
• High levels of attention to detail
• Mechanically inclined to fix minor machinery issues
• Ability to stand and walk for 10-12-hour shift, bend and reach for extended periods of time, and lift 30+ lbs
• Able to work in varying conditions
• May be exposed to controlled non-toxic chemical mists or vapors

Nice To Haves

• Two years’ bindery experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
