Phoenix Color Job Title: Folding Machine Operator Lakeside Job Title: Bindery Operator 2 Starting Pay Rage: $22.55 - 23.63/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential) Grade Pay Range: $22.55 - 28.78/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential) Additional Incentives: Up to $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement after 60 days of employment. Phoenix Color will provide all tools necessary. Two T-Shirts provided. 2 Weeks Vacation to start. Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am Schedule: Monday - Wednesday and every other Thursday (Every Thursday depending on production) Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr. Hagerstown, MD 21742 As a Folding / Bindery Operator 2, you will: Interprets written instructions to operate Stahl folding machine; loading paper; and making ready the machine while following all safety and quality control standards. Completes make ready’s and sets up folding machine for each run Mains a neat and organized work environment Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures All other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 10-12-hour shift, bend and reach for extended periods of time, and lift 30+ lbs Able to work in varying conditions May be exposed to controlled non-toxic chemical mists or vapors Qualifications: Two years’ bindery experience preferred Ability to read and understand written instructions, read a ruler, and perform basic math High levels of attention to detail Mechanically inclined to fix minor machinery issues High school diploma or equivalent preferred What we offer: Clean and safe work environment Work-life balance Growth and promotion opportunities Great culture and co-workers Learn more at www.phoenixcolor.com.
