About The Position

Step into the final stage of carton production Join Nosco as an employee-owner and help bring digitally printed cartons to life. We’re hiring for second and third shift openings on our folding/gluing lines, where you’ll partner closely with a folder/gluer operator to finish, package, document, and release jobs to finished goods—safely, accurately, and on schedule. A day in the life You arrive at your line, review the job ticket, and gather the forms, cases, and supplemental packing materials needed for the run. Throughout the shift, you monitor the folder/gluer, label and palletize correctly, and double-check counts. You are the last line of defense—conducting real-time quality checks, spotting issues early, and alerting the pressman or leadership to prevent shortages or remakes. Using our ERP, you complete customer-required documentation, finalize pallet records, and release the order to finished goods when applicable.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of common folding-carton defects and how to spot them in real time.
• High school diploma or equivalent, including the ability to read a ruler; perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); and read/interpret customer specifications for documentation.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment—ideally regulated—and/or prior use of an ERP system.
• Keen attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
• Physical capability for twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching (including over equipment), kneeling, crawling, pulling, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain focus for long periods; clear speaking, hearing, and vision are essential to job performance.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and our GMP Manual, including meticulous documentation for every job.
• Label, case, and palletize products to specification with accurate case and row counts.
• Work side-by-side with the folder/gluer operator to stage components and materials for each run (forms, cases, packing materials, and more).
• Perform in-process quality checks on the asset, identify defects quickly, and escalate to the pressman or leadership to avoid rework or delays.
• Leverage the ERP system to complete customer documentation, record pallet details, and perform release to finished goods when required.
