About The Position

This position is responsible to setup and run multiple equipment to include troubleshooting, maintenance and cleanup.

Requirements

  • Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, SOPs, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

  • Excellent color perception, must pass Titmus color perception test.
  • 2+ years recent and continuous experience in folding equipment setup in a manufacturing environment.
  • High School diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Setup folding equipment to the proper specifications based on associated documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitors and makes adjustments, as needed.
  • Work in efficient and orderly manner.
  • Routinely checking fold to assure equipment accuracy and running efficiently.
  • Accurately completes paperwork utilizing cGMP requirements.
  • Performs equipment maintenance on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule and as required.
  • Produces consistent high quality work.
  • Follows policies and procedures as set forth by management.
  • Completes an inspection record at the start of each work order performed.
  • Checks printed literature against Quality Assurance approved samples, as available.
  • Removes and disposes of any unacceptable or inferior printed literature.
  • Completes a daily log of orders inspected.
  • Communicates with lead, Quality personnel or supervisor on quality issues.
  • Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition in accordance with good housekeeping, 5S practices and safety requirements.
