As a Folder Gluer Specialist , you will work in a collaborative environment to… Expertly complete the finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional, and other essential materials that contribute to our store success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently, adhering to established processes and directions with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and following job instructions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Print experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately set up jobs and meticulously follow ticket instructions to ensure timely and correct completion.
• Build various kit versions, each containing multiple items, tailored to specific needs.
• Assemble printed materials prior to kiting or dispatch to other vendors.
• Oversee kitting lines of contract workers, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Assist Bindery Operators as required.
• Uphold and exceed all quality standards, while strictly adhering to operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Enter all production data into our Monarch data collection system with precision.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, promoting a productive environment.
