Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Folder Gluer Operator is responsible for setting up orders, maintenance and clean up; efficiently producing products of acceptable quality in according to customer specifications and converting sheets of corrugated into boxes. All job responsibilities are to be performed in strict adherence with the Company’s Mission/Values Statement and in accordance with established standards for external customers as well as internal customers. Participates in continuous improvement and effectively communicates opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness for this position.
