Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift 65 lbs, push/pull 1,100 lbs using a manual pallet jack, and stand/walk for long shifts
- Comfortable working near hot machinery and handling minor exposure to chemicals or vapors
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team player with good communication skills
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot machinery
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- technical training in printing
- 2+ years of machine operator or mechanical experience
Responsibilities
- Following workflow procedures to create accurate foil or emboss imprints
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Checking product quality and making adjustments to meet sign-off standards
- Reviewing shipping requirements and adhering to standards
- Managing new and used inventory and performing preventive maintenance on machinery
- Following and promoting all safety policies and procedures
- Supporting the team with additional duties as needed
