Requirements

Bachelor's degree in communications, information technology, business, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management.
Knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act laws preferred.
Strong writing and proofreading skills.
Ability to organize and implement information requests efficiently.
Exceptional collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams.
Proficient in data compilation and presentation.

Responsibilities

Process and respond to FOIA requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and complete case files for tracking and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with legal and program teams to ensure timely responses.
Assist with project management efforts related to marketing initiatives.
Gather and analyze information requested in FOIA requests.
Provide support for planning and implementation of marketing projects.
Secure and update direct mail lists for targeted communications.
