About The Position
As a FOH Team Member, you’ll be responsible for delivering a warm, memorable guest experience from the moment customers walk in. You’ll greet guests, take and package orders, prepare drinks, and help maintain a clean and well-stocked service area. We’re looking for people who are friendly, reliable, and energized by working in a fast-paced café environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- High energy, team-oriented, and great with people
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling multiple tasks at once
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teammates and customers
- Punctual, responsible, and dependable
- Availability on weekends and mornings required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take orders accurately and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Package bagels, sandwiches, and other menu items for dine-in and to-go
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house, including tables, drink stations, and restrooms
- Restock cream cheese fridge, beverage fridge, condiments, and paper goods
- Monitor and fulfill online and advance orders
- Support the team by assisting with large orders or catering prep as needed
- Follow all health, sanitation, and safety protocols
