Implement Chick-fil-A customer service model on every order. Smile and welcome guests. Create and maintain eye contact. Speak enthusiastically. Treat all guests and coworkers with respect. Remain at your station unless instructed otherwise. Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and coworkers. Adhere to the employee manual at all times. Complete other duties as needed. Ability to work front counter, drive thru, face to face, dining room and third party sales. Refrain from inappropriate language and conversations.
