The FOH (Front of House) Team Member, Hospitality is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily FOH operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service across all roles, including Lunch Server, Dinner Server, Barista, Bartender, and Event Server. This position plays a key role in maintaining service standards, supporting team members, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The FOH Team Member assists in tasks, addressing guest inquiries or concerns, and ensuring proper communication between FOH and BOH (Back of House) teams. They also participate in service roles as needed to support operations, whether preparing beverages, serving meals, or assisting at events. The FOH Team Member is a hands-on person who fosters a positive work environment, upholds health and safety standards, and ensures team readiness to adapt to changing guest needs. The Bartender and Barista must be 21 years of age. This role is key in delivering exceptional guest experiences while sharing responsibility for hospitality operations campus-wide across multiple locations and contributing to the Museum’s mission.
