About The Position

Full Sail Brewing in Hood River, Oregon is looking for Part-Time FOH Support Staff to greet & seat guests, assist servers and bartenders with bussing, and assist servers and bartenders running food and beverages in our high volume, fast paced restaurant. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, energetic and friendly team members to join our customer service driven team. Our restaurant is consistently acknowledged for excellent service and high-quality food and strong reputation for creating a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greeting and Seating: Manage front desk setup and closure according to checklists.
Welcome guests upon entry with a smile.
Handle waitlist efficiently, providing accurate wait times.
Seat guests promptly and effectively.
Maintain communication with managers, servers, and kitchen staff regarding seating and wait times.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of front desk area and menus.
Server and Bartender Assistance: Aid servers with pre-bussing and bussing tables.
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and floor area between seatings.
Support servers and bartenders in running food and drinks to tables.
Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth product flow.
Food and Beverage Running: Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently and accurately.
Familiarize yourself with table positions for proper item delivery.
