About The Position

As a FOH Shift Lead, you will create a welcoming dining experience and ensure exceptional service for our guests. Utilizing your leadership skills and strong work ethic, you will enhance guest satisfaction while guiding your team towards operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Valid food managers and TABC certificates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25-50 lbs.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and navigating the kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the opening and closing tasks for the shop, including setting up and breaking down stations, ensuring all systems are operational, and conducting end-of-shift audits.
  • Work across all front-of-house stations to ensure smooth operation, adherence to service standards, and proper training.
  • Provide training and support to new and existing staff, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and the company's service standards.
  • Ensure excellent guest service by addressing guest needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Manage and authorize comps and voids as necessary, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Check and verify clock ins and clock outs to ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll records.
  • Review labor and sales reports to determine staffing needs and adjust labor levels for the shift.
  • Monitor and oversee each front-of-house position to ensure quality work and adherence to company standards.
