About The Position

Server Greet guests promptly and warmly. Anticipate business levels, and perform accordingly. Set the example of excellence in standards to other staff at all times. Efficiently serves food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner, offers suggestions on daily specials and wine selections.Use guest names wherever possible, and be aware if they are celebrating a special occasion. Promote the restaurants, wines, tasting room, wine club and know about upcoming events on property. Ensure the Front-of-House looks presentable to the guest. Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions to drive sales. Provide each item’s taste, origin, and preparation methods. Performs clean-up and closing duties . Attends pre-meal meetings as requested. Thanks members and guests; invites them to return. Consistently follows local and state laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests. Server Assistant/Food Runner Deliver food orders to our members and guests accurately Double check order to ensure quality and correctness Communicate with server orders that are ready to be served Follow up with additional member requests and issues Host Welcome guests to the venue/ Greet customers upon their departure Manage reservations Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries Assist wait staff as needed

Requirements
