About The Position

WORLD FAMOUS HOTBOYS CHICKEN are looking for someone to help carry out what we do best -- make amazing fried chicken, served in a fast-paced, community driven environment. This person will be front and center with our guests. You will be the face of Hotboys. You must be good with people, personable, and love to make them feel welcome. We are looking for creativity, originality, and flair. Do you have what it takes? We are seeking a friendly and reliable FOH Server to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers. You will anticipate guest needs, deliver exceptional hospitality, and ensure every customer has a memorable Hotboys experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and provide outstanding, attentive service throughout their visit Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to ensure satisfaction Take food orders accurately and provide menu recommendations Run food to tables promptly and ensure orders are correct Pack to-go orders carefully and efficiently Process payments, including handling cash and credit card transactions accurately Perform side work duties including restocking supplies, refilling condiments, and preparing service stations Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Maintain cleanliness of dining room, including wiping down tables, sweeping, and removing trash Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Work collaboratively with kitchen and FOH team members Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Job Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk and stay on his/her feet for prolonged periods of time Lift up to 75 pounds at a given time Must be able to write (take orders from guests) and work either an adding machine or a Point of Sale (P.O.S.) screen that requires repetitive motion Must be courteous, smile frequently, and express cheerful disposition at all times Must be able to engage guests in friendly, warm and light conversation
