About The Position

As a FOH Server at Pizza Friendly Pizza, you are the face of the guest experience from the moment someone walks in. In our counter-service environment, this role goes beyond taking orders. You help create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere while keeping the space clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet and assist guests in a friendly, efficient, and approachable manner Take orders accurately and address guest questions or concerns as they arise Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room throughout service Clear, clean, and reset tables to keep the space presentable at all times Assist with dishwashing and support BOH in keeping the kitchen clean and organized Complete assigned side work and daily tasks to support smooth operations Reconcile cash drawers and prepare accurate end-of-shift deposits Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members Help foster a positive, respectful, and friendly environment for both guests and staff Support a consistent and enjoyable guest experience from start to finish

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
You’re available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
You’re a genuinely kind, positive person who enjoys being around people
You take pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment
You’re reliable, show up on time, and follow through on what you’re responsible for
You’re a team player who communicates well and works respectfully with others
You’re open to learning, taking feedback, and jumping in where needed
You stay calm, flexible, and solutions-focused when things get busy
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep up in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Able to work with varying noise levels in a busy environment
