About The Position
Join our team at Chick-fil-A Eldorado & Ridge as a Front of House (FOH) Manager. This hands-on leadership role guides team members and supports upper leadership while ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and a culture of care. You’ll work across all shifts, develop leaders, and execute the Mission and Vision of our Operator.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Able to work 3 shifts per week (minimum 20 hours), including weekends
- Flexibility to open and close the restaurant, and work across all shifts
- Experience with team coaching, operational systems, and conflict resolution
- Passion for Chick-fil-A values, guest service, and culture
Responsibilities
- Lead FOH teams to deliver excellent guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable while building high-performing shifts.
- Partner with BOH and leadership peers to maintain smooth, high-volume operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cash handling, and all CFA systems.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and adjust in real-time to meet shared goals.
