Pressed Café is seeking a dedicated and experienced FOH Manager to join our team and help us grow. As a fast-growing company, we pride ourselves on our fantastic product and the fun, family-like atmosphere we cultivate among our team members. Our café specializes in made-to-order food, micro-roasted coffee, and fresh cold-pressed juices, all prepared from scratch in our prep kitchen. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for the food industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The FOH Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth workflow during shifts. This role requires a strong background in restaurant operations and food and beverage cost control, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and supervising shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, and training team members on customer service and operational tasks. You will also monitor inventory levels, handle cash transactions, maintain a clean work environment, and resolve customer complaints professionally. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a sense of urgency that can be instilled in the team. You will be expected to jump in and assist with cooking or other tasks as needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach to management.
