Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is seeking a Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our team and ensure a strong culture, uncompromised standards, accountability, and high profitability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry and a love for beer. This position offers a starting base salary of $50,000 - $59,000 per year.

  • Lead and manage the front of house operations of the restaurant.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop employees.
  • Ensure high standards of service and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with team members to build effective teams.
  • Maintain a positive and inspiring work environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service, high volume restaurant.
  • Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
  • Willingness to commute up to one hour for work or up to thirty miles one way.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a corporate structure.
