About The Position
Legends Steakhouse is a well-established full-service steakhouse located in Smyrna, TN, with a rich history of 33 years in the restaurant industry. Our menu features a variety of steak, pasta, and seafood options, complemented by a freshly prepared salad bar that is unique in the area. The Front of House (FOH) Manager plays a crucial role in shaping this experience by overseeing all operations in the dining area, ensuring that the restaurant maintains its high standards of service and cleanliness. The FOH Manager is responsible for hiring and training quality staff, managing the dining room's appearance, and ensuring that customer service is consistently excellent. This position requires a hands-on approach to supervising the upkeep of guest areas, directing staff to address any messes or accidents, and personally assisting in cleanup when necessary. The FOH Manager will also be responsible for shift planning, utilizing scheduling systems to assign waitstaff based on anticipated demand, and directing staff to handle unexpected situations and customer concerns as they arise.
