About The Position

We’re looking for Front of House Managers who are passionate about service, thrive in a polished yet approachable environment, and know how to lead a team with warmth, consistency, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Prior full-service restaurant leadership or floor management experience required
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong understanding of front-of-house operations (service flow, pacing, table touches, guest recovery)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to motivate, train, and support a diverse team
  • Skilled in guest relations and conflict resolution with a calm, solutions-first mindset
  • Familiar with POS systems, reservations platforms (like OpenTable), and cash handling
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and host teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience from open to close
  • Support all areas of the floor — greeting tables, overseeing pacing and service flow, managing reservations, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Partner closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication, accurate timing, and the highest quality presentation of every dish
  • Coach and develop servers, bartenders, and hosts through hands-on leadership, consistent feedback, and active engagement
  • Maintain service standards that reflect the Daily Gather brand — thoughtful touches, genuine interactions, and attention to detail
  • Oversee floor plans, reservations, and seating flow to balance guest satisfaction and server coverage
  • Ensure side work, opening/closing duties, and cleanliness standards are completed at or above expectation
  • Monitor guest feedback and help identify opportunities for continued improvement
  • Support all beverage and bar operations as needed, including TABC compliance and service standards
