FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for full time and part time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR positions. Location: Christus Saint Elizabeth - 2830 Calder Avenue, Beaumont, TX 77702. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time and part time schedules; days and hours may vary. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview. Requirements
- Prior food service, customer service, and leadership experience is required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
