About The Position

Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time FOH Lead Supervisor position located at Compass Group P&G in Mason, OH. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role involves monitoring the food service operation to ensure the production of top-quality products and service. Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
