About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position at Compass Group P&G located at 8700 Mason Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040. The position requires a full time schedule from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. An internal employee referral bonus is available. The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
