About The Position

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR positions at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. The position involves monitoring the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. The schedule includes both full time and part time options, with varying days and hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior supervisory experience is required, and we are willing to train new hires.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
