The Key Hourly position will help the Restaurant Managers in running stellar shifts, and ensuring each of our guests has an unparalleled experience. You will gain invaluable knowledge in how to run floor shifts, run great events and give our guests amazing service! This position is the stepping stone into a Restaurant Manager position.

Assist Restaurant Managers in running shifts and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with employees and guests to inspire a fun atmosphere.
Handle high-volume days and maintain a fast-paced environment.
Hire, train, develop, and retain top talent within the team.
Celebrate team successes and train on service standards.
Drive results through team performance.
Make executive decisions to resolve guest issues.
Create and implement creative sales strategies.
Host mini parties to motivate the team.
Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment environment.
Strong communication skills to engage with employees and guests.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in a restaurant or entertainment setting.
Leadership experience or potential.
Creative problem-solving skills.

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $10.25 to $15.25.
