Project 2231 is hiring a Front of House (FOH) Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. If you’re a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build strong teams, we want to meet you.

Requirements

• 2+ years restaurant/hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable with POS systems
• Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• (Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH operations during assigned shifts
• Supervise, train, and motivate FOH team members
• Ensure excellent guest service and smooth daily operations
• Handle guest concerns and operational issues
• Manage cash handling and follow company procedures
• Uphold service, safety, and cleanliness standards
